Whether you are a full time resident of Tanglwood Lakes or simply enjoy it for recreational use you know you live in a very special community.  When the time comes to sell your home you may wish to post a notice on this website.  If you are selling it through a real estate broker you may also embed a link to his/ her website. 

Real estate postings are only available to Tanglwood Lakes residents who own and live in that particular home or personally own a lot and will be listed for twelve months. You may renew the listing if your property is not sold in that time frame. This page is not for other commercial listings.

To list your home or lot for sale, simply go to the 'Homes or Homesites For Sale'.  At the bottom of the page select 'Add'. A form will pop up.  Simply complete the form with a brief description of your home (# of Bedrooms, # of bath, etc). 

You may upload up to three representative pictures of your home to your listing by clicking on the 'Browse' button. These pictures should be of your home and interior, not of Tanglwood amenities.  Select a photo from your computer file and click on 'Open'. Please resize your picture before you add it to the page ( see directions below). You can put in your Realtor's name, phone number, email address and a hot link to your home on the realtor's website.  When you are done click on the 'Save' button at the botton of the page.

Note on resizing pictures: Resizing a photo allows you to shrink it, lowering both its pixel size and file size. Resize to 400 x 600 and no more than 100K in file size. To check a photo's size, simply right click it and click on the properties option. Important: Remember to keep an original copy of the image in full resolution in case you decide to print it later.
