  • Tanglwood Lakes Community Association, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  • The Association’s purpose is to insure the present and future residential living conditions relating to health, safety, public morals, convenience, comfort and beauty within the lots of Tanglwood Lakes and to regulate, inspect, administer, and obtain compliance as to the use of the properties and related facilities.

  • The affairs of the Association are governed and administered by an elected Board of Directors.

  • The governing documents of the Association include: The Restrictive Covenants, The Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations.
